I have had great success with the Atomic Record Cabinet and this is a smaller slimline unit designed for CDs and DVDs.
The stunning disc motif in chrome vinyl is strikingly impressive and a great talking point.
The unit is made from solid 18mm MDF with a solid OAK top and skirt. The oak has 7 coats of danish oil applied to give it a natural glossy sheen.
The drawers feature side runners and stay bar. With a solid nickel oval knob.
Painted with 3 coats of black eco emulsion and then varnished and polished to a gloss finish.
The unit is supported by 2x solid Beech tapered legs and 2 small steel brackets, with fixings. Larger brackets can be supplied instead of legs to wall mount at any height.
Sizes: 65cm high (with legs) x 100cm wide x 21cm deep.
Drawer sizes: 39cm wide (to fit 18 DVDs or 39 CDs in each drawer)
13cm high and 14cm deep.
Note: This unit is slim so must be secured to the wall otherwise the weight of the drawer contents will pull it over.
RECYCLED CONTENT- This cabinet uses oak boards made from reclaimed offcuts (staves) and my offcuts of these are used for the bottom skirt. MDF board contains recycled timber sawdust compressed with wax or resin.
DELIVERY- prices are based on the 120cm cabinet weight of 45kg, so larger models delivered outside mainland UK may cost more than advertised due to the Volumetric weight (cubic dimensions). There maybe a discount code for smaller sizes but contact me first.
EU CHARGES AND DELAYS- New EU customs arrangements were effective since January 2021. Please check your own government website for custom import duties to be paid.

Custom and personalised orders
I am always receiving requests for customised work so I do welcome a challenge 😀 If you would like something made to your specs then just ask, i would love to see your idea.
Commonly people ask for shelves, bookcases or cabinets to be a little larger, in a special colour, unpainted or with different accessories.
Custom orders usually take a little longer to make and cost a little extra so please ask for a quote.
Sizing details
Sizes are quoted in metric, usually cm.
Where sizes are referred to as small, medium and large it would be the medium or regular size that is most popular or commonly purchased.
Sometimes we have to limit the size of larger items to 115cm in length due to the cost of delivery, especially when it is to be sent outside the UK. If you would like an item made larger than this we would have to confirm the delivery cost for you.
Allow a slight variation in sizes of recycled timber crafts due to the nature and availability of wood used.
The shipping price seems a little high, why is that?
Cost of delivery is calculated on the parcels volumetric weight, which is its measurements multiplied together divided by 5000. Large parcels will then have a much higher cost compared to smaller ones.
Also, the price includes the cost of the high quality recycled packaging that I use to avoid damaged items.
We can offer discounts for shipping when you buy more than one item as often the volume can be condensed by packing then together.

I'm in the U.S., and this item arrived in perfect condition. It's gorgeous and even better than pictured because it's so sturdy and well-crafted. Fun and versatile mid-century look. Folks at the shop were great and super-prompt at getting back to me. If you have any questions, just ask! so pleased with this unit, ordered 2, Steve adapted it so I could stack to make a double unit. He included the correct wall fixings for my walls. It came ready assembled.
