Award winning South Devon Furniture Maker Going Carbon Zero!

I started in business 1995 with a recycling service aimed at local shops, offices and manufacturers.
I wanted to reduce waste, reducing carbon and pollution by reusing all this stuff!
The first project was a mens tie made from reclaimed textiles, but since then many products followed; CD racks, plastic seats, glass lanterns, decorative bottles, metal lightshades and shelving.

I Worked closely with local authorities and waste producers to help close the loop to achieve these zero waste goals.

Now, I plan to move on toward a 2023 zero carbon goal too by making big changes to the way I work:

*Changing from deisel van to EV
*Installing solar PV to power my home and workshop.
*installing more natural light to reduce power use.
*improving insulation to reduce heating.
* working with UK suppliers to cut carbon footprint

Over the years my passion has been to design successful products including audio storage racks sold at Tower Records, storage cabinets for Roganic Michelin star restaurant and I have sold many 1000s of craft items through retail gift shop across South West England.

My wife Jo loves recycled art and her Facebook posts are really popular. Search 'used2bee' and follow to get these.
